Narrative
soil pH between 9 & 10 on scree, pH 8-8.5 on bluff. Soil texture clayey sand in scree, clay on flat and sandy clay on edge of scree. One Glycyrrhiza found on site but no seed available.. Moderate graz 3km from Homestead. Ungrazed - sheep removed 2 weeks prior. Base of bluff (floodplain 40m wide). Unpalatable and toxic according to property owner. Field of plants 300 x 5m.20 plants collected. Soil taken, nodules taken. Perennial.
