Drainage watertable/swamp. Site excavated. Grazing pressure by rabbits. Edge of man made canal and levee bank. Very saline water in canal. Permanently wet & saline. Water with orange scum on surface. irrigated. Very low prostrate forb. Flowers look like a violet. Small patch on wettest edge. Very saline and damp. 5 plants collected, herbarium taken. 5 plants collected. Herbarium sample taken. Plants in flw. No seed found in packet.
